Med X Change® HD Medical Video Recorders offer the ability to transfer 1080p HD videos and stills directly into your Apple iPad. This can be done in the O.R. during or post case. Please consult the products User Manual for instructions or contact Med X Change Technical Support. For seamless integration to the iPad, we recommend you use the following products:
32 GB SanDisk Extreme Pro SDHC UHS-I Memory Card
30-Pin Camera Connection Kit (Compatible with 1st, 2nd & 3rd Generation iPad with 30-Pin charging port)
Lightning to SD Card Camera Reader adapter (Compatible with iPad Mini & iPad with Retina Display)
Sandisk MicroMate SD / SDHC Memory Card Reader

When SD card is connected your videos/stills will appear. Select the videos/stills you wish to import, tap Import the tap Import Selected.

Once imported your iPad will ask you if you'd like to keep your videos/stills on your SD Card. Select Keep or Delete depending on which action you want it to complete. You can now remove your SD Camera Reader Adapter.

Your Last Import will appear. Tap Albums in the upper left hand corner.

Tap the + in the upper right hand corner and you can now create a New Album. Title the New Album and tap Save.

Once you've created your New Album you can now select videos/stills from your last import or previous imports.

Now your videos/stills can be found in your New Album.

You can view your video/stills fullscreen. Use Pinch gesture to zoom.

With the iPad you have the option of downloading the iMovie app and editing your videos. Just tap the + at the bottom and select New Project.

Once you've created your new project all of the videos on your iPad will appear in the upper right hand sections of your screen. Drag the video clips you want to edit to the bottom section and begin editing.

Once you've finished editing your videos you can then share your video to your iPad, your iTunes or your various social media sites.
